Personal Trainers in Dubbo

Dubbo's Tracker Riley pathway loops nearly 14km around the Macquarie River, and the council's cycling facility has a sealed track. Send us one request and a single local trainer receives it.

What to know about Dubbo

The Tracker Riley loop

The Tracker Riley shared pathway makes a 13.65km loop around the Macquarie River, or Wambuul, running from the Emile Serisier Bridge in the north to the Shibble Bridge in the south. Nobody has to do the lot. A trainer can pick a stretch near you and use it for walking intervals, a steady jog or a warm-up before strength work.

A seniors fitness area at the Botanic Gardens

The Adventure Playground at the Dubbo Regional Botanic Gardens includes a seniors fitness area. Grandparents can train while the grandchildren play, and a trainer can show you how to use each piece safely.

The cycling facility on River Street

The Dubbo Regional Cycling Facility has a 1km sealed criterium track. It opens from 6am to 8pm in daylight saving and from 6am to 6pm the rest of the year. The council does not allow anyone to sell services or collect money there without its permission, so a paid session at the track needs the council's say-so first.

Booking a council ground

Dubbo Regional Council takes bookings for its sporting grounds and ovals through a sporting facilities application, and sending the form does not confirm the booking by itself. We found no council rule specific to personal training in Dubbo's parks, so ask the trainer how they arrange a ground, or train at home with mobile personal training.

Dubbo questions

Is the whole Tracker Riley loop too far for me?

It does not need to be done in one go. Start with a short section close to home and add distance when it feels easy.

Do you cover Wongarbon and the outer suburbs?

Yes, along with West Dubbo, Keswick and Southlakes. Give your suburb or town on the form.
