Four steps
- You fill in one short form. Your name and contact details, your location, the style of training you have in mind and, if you like, your main goal, your experience and the times that suit you.
- We pass it to one trainer. We aim to pass your request to a local personal trainer within one business day. It goes to the trainer who takes AimFit enquiries for your area, with your notes attached so they know what matters to you.
- The trainer gets in touch. Usually by phone or email, to talk through your goal, when you can train and how they work.
- You decide. Ask your questions, try a session if it suits and sign up only if you want to.
Why one trainer, not five
When an enquiry goes to several businesses at once, the calls can pile up fast. We send yours to one trainer only, so you have one conversation at a time. If it is not the right fit, you are free to say no thanks and leave it there.
Who pays for AimFit
Not you. Looking for a trainer through AimFit costs nothing. Trainers may pay us to receive referrals in their area, and that is how AimFit is funded. Paying does not buy a trainer a rating or a recommendation, because we do not publish either.
What we do not do
- We do not run sessions, employ trainers or set anyone's prices.
- We do not ask about your health, and we ask you to keep health details out of the form.
- We do not add you to a mailing list unless you tick the box for training tips.
If no trainer is free near you
Not every town has a trainer taking on new people at every moment. If we cannot pass your enquiry on, we aim to tell you so rather than leave you wondering.

Good to know
Can I tell the trainer what matters to me?
Yes. Use the notes box to say what you are after, such as training for a specific sport or starting gently. Your notes travel with the enquiry, so the trainer reads them before getting in touch.
What if I change my mind after sending it?
That is fine. Simply tell the trainer when they get in touch that you have decided not to go ahead. There is nothing to cancel with us.
Will my details be passed to anyone else?
Your enquiry goes to one trainer. Our website host and email provider handle it along the way. The enquiry page sets out exactly how your details are handled.
