Personal Trainers in Adelaide City Centre

The city centre is ringed by the Park Lands, and many of the people who live here are young and get around on foot. Tell us your goals and we will pass your enquiry to one personal trainer who works around the city.

What to know about Adelaide city centre

Who lives in the city centre

The suburb of Adelaide, the city centre itself, had 18,202 residents at the 2021 Census and a median age of 31. 16.5% were aged 25 to 29, against 6.6% across South Australia. On Census day 28.5% of employed residents walked to work. A session in the Park Lands before or after the office slots neatly into a day like that.

What a Park Lands session can include

Under the City of Adelaide's Park Lands fitness activity permit, permit holders may run gym sessions (with or without free weights), circuit training and boxing with pads, along with yoga and pilates. Heavy weights, resistance machinery such as bench or leg presses and the use of logs are not allowed at any time. Trainers also cannot take exclusive use of public outdoor fitness equipment, and they keep 50 metres from neighbouring homes.

Room to ride

Victoria Park/Pakapakanthi has a bookable Criterium Track of 1.1 to 1.4 kilometres, designed for cyclists from racers to families and children learning to ride. If riding is part of your week, tell your trainer, so your sessions can work around it.

We do not run sessions ourselves: AimFit is a referral service that takes your goal and preferred times and passes them to one trainer. You can also read about North Adelaide or go back to Adelaide. Make an enquiry.
